Louie Kinder Rycroft is a Tāmaki Makaurau based visual artist specialising in film photography and charcoal. Louie has produced a diverse body of work including abstract photography, landscape photography and charcoal portraits.
Kinder’s work reflects the space between when his photos were taken and when they are observed. To show this Kinder uses the film medium to represent subjects of the present in the medium of the past.
