Artstart 2023 Canterbury
Held from the 2nd to the 16th September, Artstart 2023 Waitaha was an exhibition made up of the top artworks shortlisted from a group of over 1,500 submissions across Canterbury Secondary Schools.

Anderson Lloyd Artstart Scholarship Winner
Generously and kindly sponsored by Anderson Lloyd Christchurch, this years Anderson Lloyd Artstart Scholarship for was awarded to Willow Cook for her artwork 'Rees River.'

$5,000 Scholarship Package:
- $3,000 Cash Prize
- $1,000 Artist Mentorship - the scholarship winner is paired with a local practicing artist to help support, encourage and guide their artistic development.
- $1,000 Art Supplies - to help support and remove any financial barriers to being able to access art supplies and in tern drive continued participation in the arts.
Top 5 Blind Auction Results
Judged by an independent judging panel consisting of art experts and practicing artists, the top five artworks are selected from the student collection and made available in the blind auction for the duration of the exhibition.
