“The theme of my work is homesickness. I hope that viewers will get the sense of feeling that I very much miss my hometown, especially those who are far away from their hometown.

I have been in New Zealand for four years from China. Some scenery in New Zealand reminds me of my hometown, so I created some landscape paintings to express my love for my hometown with the scenery of New Zealand making me feel the warmth of my hometown.”
