“My art is about our connection to the natural world. I have always enjoyed exploring New Zealand’s beautiful landscapes, spending time outside, and gardening. Not only can we find enjoyment within nature but we are also very dependent on it. Therefore, the message that I wanted to communicate through my art was that we should appreciate nature and aim to restore it too."
