“The main message I want to communicate is confusion of contemporary life. My personal history relates to the art I create as I have had a culturally diverse childhood and I appreciate it deeply.

My work 'Man in Hat' is just a man in a hat, who has got stuff going on.

Through colour and composition, I explore different ways a person's face can be distorted. I wanted to create meaning through falsehood, in the sense that everything is not what it may appear to be."
