The main message I want to communicate to the viewers through my art is that life is joyous and fun and that not everything has to be taken seriously all the time. The colour and wacky shapes in my art show how I want people to understand the joy of not trying to be perfect but to simply do what you love and enjoy and are passionate about. I also want to communicate that my joy, life, freedom and creativity is found in God. He is the ultimate creator and artist and has surrounded us with beauty and my aim is to capture a tiny aspect of that. My art shows my childlike experimentation and fun. When I was a kid I loved to mix colours and play with paint and to just have fun, my art communicates this by not aiming to be perfect but to be real, unique, colourful and fun.
