“My hope for this photo is for the observers to take note of the unseen beauty in the world. Taking a dead flower and turning it into something beautiful demonstrates that we each create our own reality. Our outlook determines how we live our lives. And if we change our perspectives and look a little closer it can change something entirely, turning it into something far more beautiful and interesting than before. In these challenging times, I encourage people to take time to notice the small simple things, and appreciate beauty in the world around them. I have always taken joy in the overlooked and sometimes veiled beauty in the world. It helps me put my life into perspective. It's those small moments that keep me grounded in the hustle and bustle of today's busy lifestyle."
