“The relationship between rural and urban settings and how they don't quite make sense when paired together. When people first look at my art I want them to think that it is normal but the longer they look it makes less and less sense. 

I grew up in the country but now live in Christchurch and I often notice the differences in surroundings and lifestyles the two different areas have."
